Youth gets probation for sex with minor
A 20-YEAR-OLD man who might have passed on a sexually transmitted disease to a teen he had sex with was given 18 months' probation on Monday. He could have been jailed for up to 10 years or fined or jailed and fined on each count. The full-time national serviceman had earlier admitted to two of five charges of sexual penetration of a minor in October 2009.

A 22-year-old man who was arrested for sending a sexually graphic photo by cell phone and then having sex with a 15-year-old girl told investigators he thought she was 17 years old.
